By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products (Studio, Activewear, etc.) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be perfectly accurate.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Local (Kuwait): Delivery takes 7 to 10 business days.
Regional (Middle East): Delivery takes 12 to 13 business days.
Costs: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on location and weight.
Lahabrand is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal strikes in the destination country.

5. Alterations & Tailoring Service

We offer a specialized alteration service for our garments to ensure the perfect fit.
Logistics Fee: A flat fee of 5 KWD applies to all alteration requests to cover the cost of shipping the item back and forth.
Once an item has been altered specifically to your measurements, it is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please review our specific Return Policy for details on eligibility.
Due to the nature of our "Studio" and "Activewear" collections, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Lahabrand and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lahabrand shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
