Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Lahabrand, we strive to deliver your favorite pieces to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Based in Kuwait, we provide shipping services locally and across the Middle East.

1. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We currently offer delivery to all areas within Kuwait and neighboring countries in the Middle East.

  • Within Kuwait: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Middle East (International): For our customers across the region, delivery usually takes 12 to 13 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs processing for international orders.

2. Shipping Costs

To ensure you receive the most accurate and fair pricing, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

The total cost is determined based on:

  • Your specific delivery address.

  • The total weight and dimensions of your order.

You will be able to review the final shipping price before completing your purchase.

3. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before being handed over to our delivery partners.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

4. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For orders placed outside of Kuwait, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties or taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the Lahabrand shipping fee.
